What is the difference between Talk Therapy and Coaching?

Our Talk Therapy clients aim to process and understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours with the guidance of an organisational psychologist specialising in workplace relationships. For coaching there is a tangible personal or professional goal that clients are working towards with the support of an experienced coach.

Are Organisational Psychologists the same as Clinical Psychologists?

None of our psychologists are clinical psychologists, if you believe you need the latter then our services are not suitable for you.

What if I don’t connect with the recommended specialist?

Don’t worry if this happens, we want you to feel comfortable from the get-go, and we have a number of alternative consultants you are welcome to try and connect with.

What are the type of evidence based techniques you use?

We use Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Leadership and Wellbeing Techniques whilst utilising established coaching frameworks and models to name a few.
