Providing you with a safe space to relax

All your in-person appointments will take place in the idyllic and soothing Hatfield House environment with fully private rooms and complimentary refreshments. During each session you will receive individualised coaching and support.

Our office is conveniently located in Hatfield, 5 minutes walking distance from the train station, and a short distance drive from the A1M and M25. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with virtual sessions.

Our team

We are a diverse and experienced team with over 100 years of cumulative consultancy, coaching and workplace wellbeing wisdom.

Our psychologists have a Masters in Organisational Psychology and use evidence based techniques to help you better understand yourself and develop and implement strategies to improve work based relationships and wellbeing.
